One Community Event-MARCH Forward
Join One Community for a live virtual event featuring special guests Andrew Aydin
and Nate Powell, who worked closely with U.S. Congressman John Lewis on the MARCH trilogy. The MARCH trilogy is an autobiographical black and white graphic novel about the Civil Rights Movement, told through the perspective of Civil Rights leader and U.S. Congressman John Lewis.

Don't miss this event which will inspire conversations around democratic engagement and hope. The evening program begins with a virtual exhibition of MSU library's Special Collections' Comic Art Collection. Immediately following, East Lansing Public Library director, Kristin Shelley, will moderate a Q & A with "MARCH's" co-author, Andrew Aydin, and illustrator, Nate Powell.

Attendees can submit a question for the MSU Special Collections' librarian or for Mr. Powell and Mr. Aydin prior to the event. Submit your question in the registration form or by emailing onebookmsu@gmail.com. Audience members can also submit questions during the live event.
